for 2 weekends, I did not proceed with an island tour as planned...... ok, v lazy here, gotta push myself to embrace the remaining sunny days!!

tdy my KIASU manager wants me to report progress to him every 3pm from tdy to fri for a task to b completed by fri..... wah lao.....

been biz, calling a contractor's subsidiary to counter-check their material prices (?), making blind enquiries to Aust on materials not available in NZ, n thinking whether a traffic light falls forward or backward upon vehicular impact.

At the unearthly hour of 3am yesterday, the whole block was awakened by the fire alarm n it sure din fail to wake me up! 200+ residents appeared downstairs in PJs n in the cold while 5 fire engines arrived as usual.

The 'fire-starters' who created the smoke from their burnt food beta not let themselves known!!

wat system??

my office automatically invoice clients by the manhours spent registered in weekly timesheets. since it's an automatic system, it shld be flawless, right? perhaps so, even the managers dun really check the invoices......

recently i realised my rate used for invoicing is lower than wat was agreed wif clients...... so sian to correct these pple who dun make effort to check their own work...... not my fault if office losing $$$!
