ya, it's not big..... lesser effort to clean up n lesser heater electricity to warm up the place! The building management specifies front load washing powder only in washing machine n no drying of clothes in balcony..... reminds me of SG gahmen!

HAR!! then how the clothes dry?? never put very near the balcony!ok i cannot survive in NZ, i only use topload washing machine!

either dry by dryer machine or I try my luck at the balcony lor! think I still got space to hang clothes inside....
no drying of clothes in balcony is good....its neater...haha...but use dryer..waste energy...nice cosy big enuff place for u....we shall invade yr place one day and mess it up haha..gonna ve a "meeting" with the gals....cchs nz travel
