no lah, the architectural finishes r nothing.....
Erm... my 1st impression is that this building is made of paper... anywayz... what am I supposed to observe? >.<
1) it's all precast module per unit fitted together?
2) diagonal bracing is used at the window face of the room where it curves?
Ehh.. don't complain to bf if i'm talking rubbish above hoh? Heez :P
ya, those ugly structural bracings r actually inside the hostel rooms, it's the second bldg I c so far having structural system inside bedrooms for earthquake resistance...... so ugly!! property value will drop if in SG!
