my pay has a 30% tax deduction n it's not 'refundable' like CPF

your pay must be real attractive if you factor in the 30%.
but real deal is the new environment!!!
after 30% tax, NZ pay more than previous SG pay BEFORE CPF...... my prev SG pay must have been miserable!!
well, the above stands true if NZD is equivalent to SGD!
