Redundancy!
Rumour says a senior project engr has juz been made redundant...... he was a retiree so now he can really retire liao! perhaps his idling ways has been v obvious....... or mayb the high n mighty management already has a list of who's to go next!

retired and redundant is miles better than young and sole breadwinner.
many jobs are on hold in sg.
we'll be facing massive retrenchment and unemployment in the coming months too.
